Overview
Chapter VII (sections 230 to 296) provides for the judicature: the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the Federal High Court, the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory and of the States, the Sharia Courts of Appeal and Customary Courts of Appeal, the appointment, tenure and removal of judicial officers, and the jurisdiction of each court.
