Chapter VI - The Executive

Overview

Chapter VI (sections 130 to 229) provides for the executive. Part I deals with the Federal Executive: the President and Vice-President, Ministers, the exercise of executive powers, and the public revenue. Part II deals with the State Executive: the Governor and Deputy Governor and Commissioners. Part III contains supplemental provisions, including the Federal and State Civil Service Commissions and other executive bodies.
