Chapter VIII - Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and General Supplementary Provisions

Chapter VIII (sections 297 to 320) provides for the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and for general supplementary provisions, including the administration of the Territory, chieftaincy and traditional matters, the interpretation of the Constitution, transitional provisions and the citation of the Constitution.
