Chapter II - Fundamental Objectives and Directive Principles of State Policy

Chapter II (sections 13 to 24) contains the Fundamental Objectives and Directive Principles of State Policy: the political, economic, social, educational, foreign-policy and environmental objectives of the State, and the duties of the citizen. These principles guide governance but are not by themselves enforceable in the courts.
